These terms govern your use of theluxuryplaybook.com, our newsletter, and the datasets and analyses we publish. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not continue to use the site.

1. Editorial intent

The Luxury Playbook publishes editorial analysis on real estate, equities, fine assets, and private wealth. Our writing is journalism, not financial advice. Nothing on this site should be construed as a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, or as a substitute for professional advice from a regulated adviser. Investment decisions remain entirely your own responsibility.

2. Intellectual property

All content on this site — articles, photography, illustrations, datasets, charts, proprietary indices including but not limited to the Value Dynamics Index, and the visual design itself — is the intellectual property of The Luxury Playbook unless explicitly stated otherwise. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written permission.

3. Permitted use of our work

You may:

  • Read, share, and link to our articles and datasets for personal, research, or media purposes.
  • Quote short extracts (under 100 words, no more than 10% of an article) for review, commentary, or news reporting, provided you include clear attribution: Source: The Luxury Playbook (theluxuryplaybook.com).
  • Reference our charts and statistics in research and editorial work, with a link back to the source page on this site.

You may not:

  • Republish full articles or substantial extracts on another site, in a newsletter, or in print without prior written permission.
  • Resell our datasets or proprietary indices, or use them to train, fine-tune, or evaluate machine-learning models without a written licence.
  • Scrape the site at scale or in a manner that places undue load on our infrastructure.
  • Remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, bylines, or attribution.

4. Licensing & partnerships

For commercial republication, dataset licensing, or sponsored partnerships, write to savvas@theluxuryplaybook.com. Where a specific dataset is released under an open licence (e.g. Creative Commons Attribution 4.0), it will be explicitly stated on the corresponding dataset page.

5. Accuracy & disclaimer

We work hard to verify every claim and figure we publish. Despite that, we make no warranty, express or implied, about the completeness, timeliness, or fitness for any purpose of the information on this site. Markets move, data revises, and human writers occasionally err. All content is provided on an “as is” basis. Any decision you take after reading our work — financial, professional, or otherwise — is yours alone.

6. Third-party data & links

Where we cite third-party data sources (Chrono24, MSCI, IMARC, real-estate analytics platforms, government statistics offices, etc.) we credit them appropriately. We are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, or privacy practices. External links are provided for reference; we do not endorse or control external content.

7. User submissions

If you submit material to us — a tip, a correction, a pitch, a comment via the contact form — you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for editorial purposes. Personal information attached to a submission is handled per our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a fresh “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after the change means you accept the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from your use of the site that cannot be resolved through good-faith correspondence will be brought before the courts of Cyprus.
